Pasta sauce Pomodoro e Basilico
It's a simple but really tasty sauce: this sauce, just like the other Ready Made Sauces, is signed by Heinz Beck, an internationally acclaimed Chef. The main ingredient is pulp, of tomatoes ripened under the Mediterranean sun, without additional flavors or preservatives, combined with olive oil sautéed slowly over medium heat. The onion tames the tomatoes acidity and enhances the taste of basil. It pairs well with all cuts, especially with De Cecco Spaghetti.
