Pasta sauce Arrabbiata
Created with the famous international chef Heinz Beck, the new Ready Made Sauce all' Arrabbiata is prepared only with pulp of tomatoes ripened under the Mediterranean sun, without additional flavors or preservatives. Olive oil sauté' enhances the chili pepper taste, when cooked at moderate temperatures and slowly, to let the onion tame naturally tomato acidity. The result is a rich and sweet sauce, perfect to try with De Cecco's Penne Lisce or Rigate.
