The environmental certification is a voluntary instrument for self-monitoring and taking responsibility, aimed at pursuing the constant improvement of environmental performance. It’s a System allowing identification, while at the same time safeguarding, all significant environmental aspects , therefore guaranteeing total respect of the latter. Always very conscious of safeguarding the ecosystem where its production activities are carried out, De Cecco has decided to develop an Environmental Management System in conformity with ISO 14001:2004 standard. This system aims to:
- guarantee conformity with environmental regulations and the constant improvement of the relative performances
- monitor constantly the environmental performances
- plan and carry through the improvement of such performances, reducing the environmental impact
